A Brief History of John E. Reeves Cub World:

John E. Reeves Cub World, established in 1994, has been a cornerstone of Scouting in our community for three decades. Named in honor of John E. Reeves, a dedicated supporter of Scouting, the camp was founded with the vision of creating a unique environment where Cub Scouts could experience hands-on learning and adventure.

Over the years, Cub World has hosted countless Scouts, providing them with opportunities to explore nature, develop leadership skills, and build lifelong friendships. The camp features a variety of themed areas, including a fort, a pirate ship, and a mine shaft, each designed to spark the imagination and provide immersive experiences.

From its humble beginnings, John E. Reeves Cub World has grown into a beloved institution, known for its commitment to fostering the values of Scouting: trustworthiness, loyalty, helpfulness, friendliness, courtesy, kindness, obedience, cheerfulness, thriftiness, bravery, cleanliness, and reverence.
