Adult Leader Fees & Ratios
In an attempt to hold camper fees down all leaders and parents attending Cub World will now pay a fee of $25 per session or $50 per week if the ratio does not exceed 1:1. Each adult greater than the Pack’s total 1:1 ratio of youth campers to adults will be charged a fee of $95 per session ($190 per week). Packs may attend with their Den Chief(s) based on a ratio of 1 Den Chief per 8 Cub Scouts. The Den Chief fee is $95 per session or $190 per week, and Den Chiefs attending above the 1:8 ratio will be charged the full camper fee.
Camper Deposits & Unit Hold-A-Place
A unit can make an initial reservation for "Unit Camping" by completing a Hold-A-Place for the camp/program they want to attend, and then submitting it to the Camping Services Department with a $100 deposit.
To maintain this reservation, an individual deposit of $25 per projected camper is due by March 31. All deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another week during the current summer camp season.

Camperships
Camperships are reductions in the total cost of camp, offered to Greater New York Councils Scouts. Several diffferent types of camperships exist. Each borough sponsors and administers its own campership program, and there are several other camperships sponsored by various groups that promote Scouting in NYC.
As a courtesy to these organizations, their information & application forms are being publicized here on the Ten Mile River Website. To download a form, click on the icon near its name. NB: You must contact the sponsoring organization for each campership in order to answer any questions. Camping Services does not administer any of these programs.
