The Pebble Patch

Back by popular demand is the Pebble Patch for our John E Reeves Cub World in 2023, Every Scout who attends camp will receive an octagonal patch like the one pictured in the Leader and Parent Guide. Then, during their stay at Cub World, additional pebble patches can be earned and purchased at the Trading Post for $0.75 each.  Some special recognition pebbles must be earned and will be awarded at closing campfire to all Scouts who earned them.  A velcro backing will also be available for purchase in the Trading Post for $3 to help you display your patch and pebbles proudly.

Record your adventure

You probably know that much of the advancement program has an emphasis on activities in the out of doors.  Cub World helps all Scouts do as much as they can to advance. This year we will be giving each leader a master log \where you can track advancements for all your campers.  As the campers travel from area to area, they’ll earn different requirements, and our dedicated staff will check it off.  At the end of your session with us, each leader will have a log of advancements for each camper to start the scouting year with a leg up towards the next rank.

Pack not coming as a group? No Problem!

For Cubs and their parents not able to attend with their unit, we offer borough specific weekly provisional sessions. Every week during the course of the summer a group of campers comprised of Scouts from the different packs in that borough will be staying for a week with us at Cub World. A group of dedicated leaders and staff will lead the group for the week. Parents can drop off at the beginning of the week and pick up on Saturday with the comfort of knowing their child is going to be having a blast!
